YahooMessenger includes:
LAUNCHcast Radio
Now you can listen to music in YahooMessenger.
LAUNCHcast Radio allows you to create your own station or browse through stations by theme and genre. You can rate songs and LAUNCHcast learns what you like, so you will hear more of your favorite music.
Once you select a station, Yahoo! Messenger will show the song and artist that is playing. You can skip, pause and rate songs all within Yahoo! Messenger.
When you listen to LAUNCHcast Radio in YahooMessenger, your status message can display the song, artist and album you are listening to, for your friends to see. If your friends click on your status message, they will hear part of the song and will be tuned into the station you are listening to.
YahooMessenger Avatars
An Avatar is an image that you create to represent yourself online. You can change the clothes, accessories and hairstyles to reflect who you are and what you look like. You can also use your Avatar to express your mood.

Once you set up your Avatar, your friends can see it in an IM window. Avatars express how you are feeling because they respond to the emoticons you use. If you send a emoticon, your Avatar smiles. When you send a emoticon, your Avatar frowns.

YahooMessenger keeps you connected even when you're away from your PC. There are two ways to use Yahoo! Messenger with your mobile phone:
Send IMs as text messages from your PC to your friends' mobile phones

YahooMessenger Webcam
webcam allows you and your friends to share live images while you are online. In addition to text and voice messaging, you can broadcast live video of anything you want.
If one of your friends' status messages says "View My Webcam", either click the link in the status message or right-click on their name in your Messenger List and choose View Webcam.
Once the person has granted you access to their webcam, you are able to see whatever they are broadcasting. You do not need to have a webcam of your own to view someone else's webcam.
Super Webcam
If you have broadband internet access, Yahoo! Messenger allows you to send and receive high-quality webcam images. If you see the Super button after starting a webcam session, click it for an enhanced video experience.
